AU endorsing mass exit by member states from ICC

The African Union is going ahead with plans to endorse a mass withdrawal of its members from the International Criminal Court at a meeting with the United Nations Security Council. This is in protest to alleged victimization of African leaders accused of crimes against humanity by the ICC. Analysts say this could be a major blow to the Rome Statute. CCTV’s Girum Chala has more.
